Private Sunset Sauna in Muriwai

The sauna is available on these days and times:

  • Tuesday 6pm - 8pm
  • Thursday 6pm - 8pm
  • Friday 6pm - 8pm
  • day use on request

Up to 4 People
The sauna is set at around 80 degrees. A 45 minute appointment allows 20-30 minutes of heat and steam, with time for a shower and recovery. Up to 4 people are welcome to use it during this time.

Benefits of a sauna
Time in the sauna promotes wider health, through rest and well-being. I have more recently been intrigued by research suggesting how sauna may benefit general immunity, sleep, menopause, recovery, among others.

Ruth's sauna is in her home and she came to sauna seeking recovery from a pattern of recurrent seasonal coughs. Repeat use is encouraged.
